Our different absorbency levels ensure you stay dry and confident no matter how heavy your flow. On light bleed days, our Light-Moderate range absorbs up to 2 tampons worth of blood, while our Heavy-Overnight range can hold up to 3-4 tampons worth and our Maxi range holds up to 10.
