Breaking even after 1 cycle
These do leak through for me. However for context, I am a very heavy bleeder and regularly wake up in a puddle (leaking through these, the towel, the sheets, the mattress topper, the mattress protector and still staining the mattress). And during the day I can burn through one of these about every 1-2 hours at its worst. I know its not normal but all investigations come back clear, so I have to deal. These are about equivalent to 1 very good disposable maxi all night pad with wings but work better, and slosh around much less with very heavy clotting (they don't absorb the heavy clotting particularly well but better than the disposables). Would like the back protection could be a bit higher though to account for gravity causing blood to leak up the back a bit at night or bed-bound when really heavy. (leakage not too bad and does have to be heavy (my mild-norm) for this to occur)
Cheaper than burning through 1-1andhalf packs of maxi disposable pads a day.
Can take the pad section 2ish days to dry out completely after washing though so plan in advance.
