Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Great for paddle boarding!

These fit my daughter great and give her much confidence!! We have not tried them in the water yet, but she has worn them to go paddle boarding. She had them on for about 2-3 hours on one of her heavy days and was able to participate with confidence and comfort. We just mix and match the bottoms with one of her bikini tops. I am very happy with my purchase for her, and she is very happy to continue her activities despite having her period.

Amazing!

I bought these for my daughter as she is in a swimming club and competes. Being young she thinks everyone will notice when she’s off, so I bought her a pair of pants to wear. She wears them

Under her costume and feels comfortable that no one will notice.
