We deliver to most addresses nationwide in the EU, UK and North Ireland on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Estimated time for standard delivery:

  • metro areas is 5-10 business days (includes packing and posting)
  • regional areas 7-12 business days

Do I wear these with a tampon, cup or pad?
Modibodi are a complete replacement for other leak management products. There is no need to use anything else in conjunction with them, even on your heaviest days. With absorbency options ranging from super light through to maxi, you can feel confident every day, flow or no flow!

What size am I?
We always recommend taking your normal underwear size.

Do I need to wash them before wear?
Yes, we recommend putting them through the wash before the first time you wear them to help to activate the technology in the gusset.

What does it feel like wearing them?
Just like regular underwear! Our tech-enabled absorbent gusset was designed to be comfy and discreet, never bulky or heavy. Just pop a pair on and go go go!

Care Guide

Step 1. Wash your Modibodi before wearing them for the first time. This will activate the technology in the gusset for maximum absorbency.

Step 2. Rinse in cold water after use <30° Do not soak, just rinse until the water runs clear!

Step 3. Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better!

Step 4. Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat! Go you eco warrior!

Step 5. Hold the fabric softener. This reduces the product’s function!

Really pleased with quality and fit

Fit really well, no leakage and no chafing while running. I chose to wear them during my first half marathon even though I wasn't bleeding as they were that comfortable and I figured they would do a great job of absorbing sweat too!

Love them

Do exactly what they say. Kept me feeling fresh while on my period. So good! Would prefer a high waist version but that is totally personal preference, perhaps I needed to size up but I think it’s just this is a lower cut I don’t normally wear personally & honestly this is a slight nit pick as they are still plenty comfortable. No leaks (so important) kept me feeling cool, calm & collected in what used to be a tense time of the month for me previously. Amazing! Will never go back to tampons/pads or even cups! Want to buy more too- obsessed 😍

When you’re breastfeeding, fluctuations of up to 2 cup sizes can occur in a single day. Our flexi fit technology adapts to your bust to provide support, comfort and the added bonus of absorbency.
