UK + EU wide shipping

All EU orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

We deliver to most addresses nationwide in the EU, UK and North Ireland on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Estimated time for standard delivery:

• metro areas is 5-10 business days (includes packing and posting)
• regional areas 7-12 business days

The shipping timeframes are a guide only and we offer no guarantees or refunds on postage should the postage carrier delay the shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for their delays.

Due to various duties, taxes and brokerage fees outside of our control, we no longer ship to Canada.

Customs charges and duties

All UK and EU orders will not incur additional duties or taxes as orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse. If you are outside this zone you may incur additional fees outside of our control.
We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges or duties. You can find out more information here.

Should you reject paying for these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the goods minus the costs charged to us for shipping to your country, plus return shipping and any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier.
