Get the most out of your underwear
Pre-wash

Wash your Modibodi before the first wear. This will activate the technology in the lining for maximum absorbency.

 Rinse

Rinse your used underwear in cold water after use <30° Don't soak, just rinse until the water runs clear.

 Cold wash

Cold wash (now or later) In a delicates bag is even better. Avoid any fabric softener.

 Hang dry

Hang dry. Reuse. Repeat. Easy done.

Works like a period pant, good fit, wash well, no PFAS

independent research had recommended modi bodi for no/low PFAS levels. I was looking to replace pants that turned out to have high levels of PFAS (purchased from a competitor a few years ago). Friends had already bought from modi bodi. I bought the light color as an experiment, expecting external stains around the gusset eventually, they haven't had that issue, they wash well, as absorbent as my other pants I no longer use due to PFAS. And I can wear lighter trousers now as all my previous period pants were dark. Soft, good fit, comfy, don't feel overly padded or thick or sweaty

Nb I'm a size 14 knicker and guessed my inch measurements

Fit perfectly and feel amazing!

They feel absolutely amazing, so light and it doesn’t feel like you’re wearing period pants at all. Will have to say they are nicer than other period underwear brands I’ve tried. Was hesitant about size as I have a small waist but curvy hips and bum so was very happy the size 8/xs fitted perfectly also pants have some stretch to them. Only issue is that they don’t come with the laundry bag, you have to buy it (I didn’t know) which is kinda annoying as other brands include them.

I have now ordered quite a few beige coloured modibodies which have been great for wearing my white tights maintaining a modest look. Also the coloured variety is very nice and the material is cool wearing.
